Silje Christine Haugan has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as HR-rådgiver at SalMar since April 2021, with responsibilities including HR management, personnel oversight, recruitment, and system management. Previously, Silje held the position of Partner at Jobzone Troms from September 2018 to April 2021, where efforts focused on establishing a new branch and embodying the company’s vision of being the best employer in the staffing industry. Silje served as Daglig leder for FK SENJA/SILSAND, the largest football club in Midt-Troms, from March 2016 to August 2018, overseeing operations for over 300 children. Silje began a career in sales as a Markedskonsulent at Folkebladet from November 2009 to March 2016, managing a portfolio of clients throughout Midt Troms. Silje holds education from MRA Kreativt Forum and Norges fagakademi.
