Ingvild Kindlihagen is a seasoned professional with a strong background in business operations and representation. Currently serving as an Employee Representative on the Board and Business Controller at SalMar since January 2020, Ingvild has also held previous positions, including Business Operations Intern at Bento for Business and medewerker at Sostrene Grene and Eurospar. Ingvild holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Business Analytics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway. Additional educational experiences include participation in the Gründerskolen program at both the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Oslo, as well as studies at UNSW Business School.
