Ronald Brown has a diverse work experience in the fields of air traffic control and information management. Ronald started their career in 1997 as an Information Manager in the United States Air Force. Ronald then transitioned into the field of air traffic control, working as an Air Traffic Controller and later as a Tower Watch Supervisor. During their time in the Air Force, they also served as an Air Traffic Control Instructor Supervisor and developed training courses for Air Traffic Control Managers. In 2012, Ronald joined the military organization Sallyport Global, where they held the positions of Tower Chief Controller and Director of Air Operations. Their work experience spans over two decades and showcases their expertise in air traffic control and training.

In 2006, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Ronald continued their education at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and received a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Aeronautics in 2010.

In 2010, they also obtained Associate's Degrees in Instructor of Technology and Military Science and Information Management from the Community College of the Air Force.

From 2010 to 2011, Ronald pursued their Master's Degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Trident University International.

In 2011, they attended the Community College of the Air Force and obtained CCAF Instructor Certification - Level I and Level II in Educational/Instructional Technology and instru, respectively.

In the same year, Ronald obtained a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership from Trident University International.

In 2012, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution Management from Trident University International.

From 2012 to 2015, they continued their education at Trident University International and obtained a Master's Degree in Leadership.
