Chad Davis is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Sallie Mae. Chad's prior experience includes positions as an associate at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, as well as a judicial law clerk at the Delaware Court of Chancery. Chad also contributed to the academic community as a Student Athlete Mentor at Duke University. Chad obtained a Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Duke University School of Law (2016) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Delaware (2012).
