Ms. Natale has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Webuild (formerly Salini Impregilo) since December 2019. She graduated with honours in Economics and Business from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. She has been CEO and General Manager of AMCO – Asset Management Company S.p.A, since July 2017.

She held numerous positions in UniCredit, among which Deputy General Manager and CFO, after having managed the Group’s most important external growth transactions.

She is currently a member of the Investor Committee of the Italian Recovery Fund (formerly Atlante II), and member of the Board of Directors of Fiera Milano, where she was appointed CEO, in 2017, to temporarily manage the company, during the final stage of judicial administration decided by the Milan Court.
