James Fletcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales coordination and community service. Currently serving as a Regional Sales Coordinator and previously as a District Sales Coordinator at Aflac since September 2011, James Fletcher focuses on building a team of successful insurance agents. In addition to this role, James Fletcher has been an elected School Board Member for Salina USD 305 since January 2018, contributing to the management of a premier school district that serves nearly 7,000 students in Kansas. Prior experience includes working as an agent at a previous organization from September 2008 to May 2024, where James Fletcher specialized in business benefit solutions. James Fletcher also served as a Lieutenant at the Saline County Sheriff's Office from October 2000 to October 2011.
