Brad Eisen, CFP(R), CIMA(R), has a successful career spanning several prestigious financial services firms. Brad began their career in 2003 at Legg Mason, where they worked as a Client Service Associate until 2005. Brad then moved to RBC and served as a Senior Client Service Associate until 2006. Brad next joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as a Consulting Group Analyst, where they stayed until 2010. In 2010, they joined UBS Financial Services as a Branch Analyst, a position they held until 2013.

In 2013, Brad joined Salient as a Senior Vice President, and later held the role of Senior Divisional Director. Brad remained with Salient until 2019. Currently, Brad works at Westwood Holdings Group, Inc. as a Vice President and Senior Divisional Consultant, a role they began in 2022. Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated their expertise and commitment to financial services, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Brad Eisen, CFP(R), CIMA(R), obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Boston University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications and memberships. These include being a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) from the CFP Board, a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) from the Investments & Wealth Institute, and being a member of the Investments & Wealth Institute. Brad has also completed the Prof G Certified Strategist program from Section4 and the Leadership Pathway - Alumni program from the Money Management Institute.
