Shanza Rehan is a Hardware Engineer at Salient Motion since January 2024, following a role as a Cell Equipment Engineering Intern at Tesla from September 2022 to April 2023. At Tesla, Shanza Rehan was responsible for addressing production line equipment issues, diagnosing failures, leading equipment upgrades to enhance production quality, reliability, and process capability, and developing equipment validation procedures. Shanza Rehan earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Capital University of Science & Technology, completing the degree in 2023.
