Craig Sherman is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Manager at Salience Learning, where responsibilities include conducting situational and needs analyses for clients and designing innovative learning solutions. Previously, Craig held positions at the NeuroLeadership Institute as Global Insight Design Manager, leading a team to diagnose organizational talent needs and develop behavior change programs, and as Senior Insight Designer. At Mind Gym, Craig was Solutions Designer, overseeing the design of various training sessions. Earlier roles included HR Generalist at IOM and HR Recruiter at United Staffing Solutions, complemented by an internship at CBS Local Digital Media. Craig holds a Master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
