Hardik Matharu is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate in International Investments at SALIC since April 2023. Previously, Hardik worked at Export Trading Group in various roles including Deputy Manager for Special Projects, Country Operations Manager, and Assistant Manager for Special Projects, where the focus was on new initiatives within the Pulses, Seeds, and Nuts vertical. As a Global Management Trainee at ETG, Hardik underwent extensive training and contributed to high-margin projects in multiple countries. Prior experience includes a summer internship in Business Transformation at Aviva India and an Assistant Manager role at Mexim Adhesive Tapes Pvt Ltd, along with an early career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Badve Engineering Limited. Hardik holds an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Vellore Institute of Technology.
