Yubely Urrea Hormazabal currently holds the position of Analista de selección at Salfa, starting in August 2024, after serving as Practicante de atraccion de talento - reclutamiento y selección at the same company from January to December 2023. Prior to this, Yubely worked as Encargada de RRHH at Asesorias e inversiones Zona Sur from November 2015 to May 2023, managing a workforce of approximately 60 employees and overseeing payroll, contracts, final settlements, fixed and variable income, bonuses, commissions, and medical leave processes. Yubely earned a degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Chile in 2023 and is currently pursuing a Diplomado in intervention in couple problems at the same institution.
