Pamela Castro Salas is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and selection, currently serving as a Senior Talent Attraction Specialist at Salfa since April 2021, with previous experience at ENEX as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from July 2018 to March 2021. Pamela's career began at Abbott, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes across various regions, followed by a project role at Williamson Balfour Motors S.A. focused on recruiting for mid to senior-level positions. Early experiences included an internship at Forus S.A. and a role as a Co-Therapist in adolescent psychological care at Policlínico El Salto. Pamela holds a degree in Psychology and Organizational Psychology from Universidad de los Andes, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
