Marjorie B. serves as the Presidenta of Fundaci贸n mi lugar en el mundo since September 2023, focusing on strategic leadership, program development, and partnerships in Santiago. Concurrently, Marjorie holds the position of Jefa de proyectos Recursos Humanos at Salfa. Previous roles include Jefa de Atracci贸n de Talento at Grupo Komatsu Cummins and Generalista de Recursos Humanos, where responsibilities included talent selection and HR project management. Experience also encompasses roles at ACHS, Ita煤 Chile, and various organizations where Marjorie specialized in recruitment, organizational development, and inclusion. Marjorie B. is pursuing a Master鈥檚 in Direcci贸n de Personas y Gesti贸n del Talento at Universidad Andres Bello, following a degree in Ingenier铆a en administraci贸n de Recursos Humanos from Duoc UC.
