Carolina Garrido Rosales is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational psychology with a degree in Psychology from Universidad de La Serena. Before this, Carolina served as a Psic贸loga Organizacional at COMPIN, Seremi de salud Regi贸n de Coquimbo, focusing on organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
