From 2002 onwards, they founded and held various leadership positions at Astegic, serving as Founder & Chairman and later as Founder & President. In 2007, Ramnani became the Founder and CEO of Dub Labs until 2012. In 2013, they founded and became the CEO of CircleBack, Inc. Manoj Ramnani attended St. Paul's School from 1985 to 1993 but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Manoj then enrolled at the National Institute of Technology Surat from 1994 to 1998, though it is unclear whether they completed a degree or focused on a particular field of study. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they attended The George Washington University School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management of Information Systems (MSIS).
