Sounik Sadhu is a Data Engineer with extensive experience in building data pipelines and analytics solutions. Currently employed as a Data Engineer 2 at Priceline since September 2023, Sounik previously held the position of Data Engineer 2 at Rakuten from September 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included constructing robust data pipelines and generating profitability data. Prior to this, Sounik worked as a Data Engineer 1 at Rakuten, focusing on Big Data Pipelines, data cleaning, and developing ETL jobs to support machine learning models and web dashboards for senior management. Sounik began a career at Persistent Systems as a Software Engineer from August 2017 to September 2021, converting business requirements into technical solutions, analyzing datasets, and facilitating data insights for management reporting. Sounik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal.
