Currently serving as a Solution Engineer at Salesforce since May 2024, Ryan has previously held significant roles, including Director of Solution Engineering at Crunchtime and various positions at Salesforce from 2011 to 2023, such as Sr. Manager of Solution Engineering for Enterprise Financial Services. Ryan has a track record of leading successful pre- and post-sales activities for high-profile clients, driving digital transformation, and managing complex deal cycles. With prior experience at Khoros and OpenText, Ryan has developed expertise in CRM, data platforms, and business process management, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC Irvine.
