Rikki Malhotra, CSM, PMP, is an experienced Operations Project Manager at Salesforce since August 2021, with prior expertise as a Project Delivery Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where Rikki developed user stories and a master project plan template. Previous roles include Agile Product Owner at Synapse Group Inc., focusing on magazine sales platforms, and Technical Project Manager at Infor, managing SaaS project phases and serving as Scrum Coach.
