Linda Anderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and support roles, currently serving as Vice President of Global Success Guides at Salesforce since May 2013. In this position, Linda leads a global team focused on delivering best practices and adoption programs within the Salesforce Customer Success Product Education Organization. Prior to Salesforce, Linda held various leadership positions at CA Technologies from February 2000 to May 2013, including Director of Customer Success, where responsibilities included managing a team to enhance customer experiences across major enterprises. Linda's earlier roles involved strategic sales, customer relationship management, and program development, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer success and value generation.
