Emma Plomer is an experienced professional with a robust background in solution engineering and customer consulting, currently serving as the Manager of Solution Engineering for Marketing Cloud at Salesforce since May 2012. In this role, Emma leads a high-performing team covering various sectors, including Business Services and Health and Life Sciences, and has recently expanded the team to encompass additional industries. Previous positions within Salesforce include Senior Solution Engineer and Technical Support Specialist, where Emma focused on marketing and advertising solutions and built strong customer relationships. Prior to joining Salesforce, Emma worked as an Independent IT Consultant, delivering IT support services to business clients. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from UCL and has furthered education at The Open University with degrees in Technology and Science.
