Derrick Strom is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in technical consulting and organizational development. Currently serving as Director and Services Leader at Salesforce since November 2016, Derrick plays a vital role in advising customers within the Salesforce Custom Success Group. Derrick also holds positions on the Board of Directors for One2One and as a Volunteer Staff Event Vendor Manager for Twin Cities Pride. Prior to Salesforce, Derrick held various managerial roles at Servant Leader Performance, InterDyn BMI, and ELCA Board of Pensions, focusing on servant leadership, CRM technologies, and operational efficiency. Derrick began a career in management and operations at World Servants US, RLX Media, and Marketplace Media. Derrick's educational background includes studies at Elon University and Florida Atlantic University.
