Cortney Klein is a Talent Attraction Partner at Salesforce, beginning this role in November 2024. Prior to Salesforce, Cortney served as a Senior Associate Recruiter at Russell Tobin from June 2022 to November 2024, where specialized recruitment solutions were provided to connect organizations with suitable candidates. Previous experience includes a Marketing and Communications Internship at the Tinina Q. Cade Foundation and a Public Relations Assistant position at the University of Richmond. Additionally, Cortney worked as an Education Mentor for the Youth Life Foundation of Richmond and as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Anthropologie. Cortney holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Richmond, completed in 2022, and graduated from Blair Academy in 2018.
