Alexandra (Ally) Legend Siegel serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Equality Officer at Salesforce, starting in March 2024, and also holds the position of Executive in Residence at Northeastern University, mentoring students in tech careers and leadership. Siegel is a Board Member at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area and previously worked as Vice President and Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Expedia Group. With an extensive career at Salesforce, Siegel advanced through various roles focused on equality engagement and inclusive talent practices, including managing a global employee resource group. Siegel's background also includes marketing and communications roles in organizations such as Hoopla Software and AMC Networks. Siegel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with minors in Psychology and International Affairs from Northeastern University.
