Hendrik-Jan Colijn serves as a member of the Raad van Bestuur at Salem - Wonen met zorg since April 2020 and holds a position on the Algemeen bestuur of Stichting Denbi since February 2022. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Colijn has been Parkleider at VakanZ since July 2007 and was previously Directeur at Helpende Handen from December 2014 to April 2020. Additional significant roles include membership in the raad van toezicht at Cedrah from January 2017 to January 2020 and chairmanship of the Schoolbestuur for Vereniging Christelijk Onderwijs op Reformatorische Grondslag from May 2009 to July 2017. Early career in healthcare included various critical care positions at Ziekenhuis Bronovo from 1997 to November 2014, culminating in roles such as coach and trainer in the Innovian Critical Care project, as well as interim head of the cardiology department and intensive care nursing. Colijn holds a Master of Business Administration in healthcare management and has pursued further education in business administration and nursing.
