Taylor MacDonald currently serves as the Director of Extended Academics & Enrichment Services and Manager of Out of School Time Programs at Salem Public Schools since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Multilingual Learner Teacher at High School Learning Center and various positions at LEAP for Education, Inc., United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, World Learning, and Learning Training Center, focusing on education and program management. Taylor MacDonald holds a Masters of Art in Intercultural Service, Leadership and Management from the School for International Training and a Bachelor's of Science in Communications and Public Health from Eastern Connecticut State University.
