Theresa Haskins is a 28-year veteran with Portland General Electric and serves as PGE’s business development manager. She leads business relations and industry development strategies to create investment and growth opportunities for PGE and its business customers. Her utility experience includes management in distribution operations, marketing, product development and community relations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing from Gonzaga University and has completed executive leadership programs at the University of Idaho and Harvard University.

Haskins serves on the SEDCOR board, the Greater Portland Inc Global Investment Committee and both the Finance and Planning Committees for Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics. She is also a past president of the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, SEDCOR, and the Providence Benedictine Nursing Center Foundation, and has served on various local community boards and committees.

Haskins’ focus is to ensure that all communities receive excellent and much needed health care options. Haskins has been a member of the Salem Health Board since 2005.
