Rod Bollins serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Salem Christian Homes, Inc. since 2018, an organization dedicated to supporting the developmentally-disabled community in Southern California. Prior to this role, Rod held the position of Vice President of Business Development at ECCU, where significant achievements included doubling commercial lending fundings and increasing consumer accounts. Rod's extensive experience also includes a tenure as Managing Director at GE Capital, where leadership led to new partnerships and improved client relationships, and as Senior Vice President at City National Bank, where Rod co-founded the leveraged finance business focused on media and technology investments. Rod holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from California State University, Fullerton.
