Adam Bennett has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Adam began working at the Salamanca City School District in 2016, where they served as an Assistant Athletics Director and a Teacher. In the same year, they also became the Head Coach for the Salamanca Varsity Basketball team. Prior to this, Adam worked at WPIG-FM and WHDL-AM as a Play-by-Play Announcer from 2009 to 2021. Adam was responsible for providing live commentary and analysis during radio broadcasts. From 2007 to 2017, they worked at Saint Bonaventure University as a Public Address Announcer for the Men's Basketball team. Additionally, Adam served as the Association Communications Coordinator at the YMCA of the Twin Tiers from 2014 to 2016. Adam was also a Fan Advisory Board Member for the Cleveland Browns from 2014 to 2015.

Adam Bennett attended St. Bonaventure University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Mass Communication.
