Lindsay D'Mello is a seasoned information technology leader with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Senior Information Technology Manager at SALAMA - Islamic Arab Insurance Co. since June 2016, Lindsay oversees IT governance, risk management, security, and infrastructure while driving information security and ensuring compliance with IT policies. Prior experience includes a role as Head of Information Technology for the Family Takaful Unit at SALAMA, where a focus was established on core system implementation and collaboration with business teams. Earlier in the career, Lindsay served as Head of IT at EFU Life Assurance Ltd., where contributions included developing IT processes and infrastructure, helping position EFU Life as a market leader. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Computer Studies in Computer Studies from the Canadian School of Management.
