Bayu Diktiarsa Pratama currently serves as the Kepala Pendistribusian dan Pendayagunaan Lembaga Amil Zakat at Salam Setara Foundation since January 2023. Prior to this role, Bayu was employed at Kitabisa.com from January 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included Program Management Service Manager and Program Manager, along with regional coordination roles. Bayu also worked as a journalist at PT Jatim Indo Media from July 2019 to January 2020 and held various positions at Malang Corruption Watch from January 2016 to January 2019, including Head of Secretariat and Program Lead. Bayu began a career in the sector with an internship at YAPPIKA-ActionAid in mid-2015. Educationally, Bayu earned a Bachelor's degree in Ilmu Komunikasi from Universitas Brawijaya, completing studies in 2017, and has a background in science from SMA Negeri 5 Mataram.
