Wendy Hull, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Salad Collective since February 2015, having previously held the positions of Vice President and Director of Human Resources within the same organization. From June 2019 to July 2024, Wendy acted as Board President for the Chain Restaurant Total Rewards Association, also serving as Board Vice President during that time. Prior to these roles, Wendy was the Human Resource Director at Floyd's 99 Barbershop and the Human Resource Representative at Wendy's International, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive HR support to numerous restaurant units. Wendy also served as the Regional Recruiting Manager at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, contributing to a significant business growth within the company.
