Joshua Dean is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as General Foreman at SAK Builders, Inc. since April 2022, Joshua has held prior positions including Senior Foreman at BNBuilders and surveyor/form carpenter at Turner Construction Company. Other roles include construction site surveyor/carpenter/concrete specialist and lead carpenter at different companies, showcasing a strong expertise in formwork, carpentry, and project management. Joshua has also worked as an Assistant Superintendent at TNT Construction, leading quality control and coordination efforts. Education includes studies in Construction Management at Savannah Technical College and obtaining a GED.
