Vincent Tas is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various roles. Since October 2009, Vincent has served as the Responsable des ressources humaines industriel for Lesieur and Saipol, both part of the Avril group, managing human resources at the Bassens and Montoir de Bretagne sites. Prior to this, Vincent held the position of responsable paie et administration du personnel at LA CHARLOTTE from January 2004 to September 2009, and served as Assistant RH at SOCIETE NOUVELLE POINT CADRES from January 1999 to December 2003, along with experience as Assistant paie at TRIGONE CONSEIL from January 1997 to December 1998. Vincent holds a DUT in GEA from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, earned between 1994 and 1996.
