Anna Khlebodarova is an experienced professional in risk management and cost control, currently serving as a Risk Manager at Saipem since March 2019. With a longstanding tenure at Er Sai Caspian Contractor LLC since November 2005, Anna has held the position of Contract Administrator and Cost Control Engineer, managing key projects including ONSHORE & OFFSHORE trunk lines, the Kashagan Project, and major maintenance services for NCPOC facilities. Anna's expertise includes project documentation development, cost engineering, and corporate project reporting. Additional experience includes roles at Agip KCO and Saipem, focused on cost control and contract administration. Anna holds an MBA from the University of International Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Language from Atyrau State University.
