Brian Mitchell is an experienced A/V Production Manager and Teacher at Saint Xavier High School since August 2001. Previous roles include serving as a News Assistant and Master Control Operator at Spectrum News from March 2015 to December 2018, and working as a Production/Master Control Operator at WHAS-TV from September 2000 to December 2016, where responsibilities included operating Chyron, robotic cameras, audio, and master control during live broadcasts. Brian also held positions at The Golf Channel as Operations Engineering Supervisor and Master Control Operator, and as Track Supervisor at Teleview Racing Patrol, overseeing live television production at racing facilities in South Florida. Earlier roles included operating television and photo finish systems in Kentucky and Florida for Eye in the Sky/Photo Trackmaster. Brian holds a Master of Educational Technology degree from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Louisville.
