Susana Cosgrove has been working at Saint Vincent Hospital since November 2001, starting as an Interpreter and later promoted to Interpreter Services Manager in August 2006. Additionally, Susana worked as an Interpreter at Fallon Clinic during the same period. Susana obtained their Medical Interpreter Training Certificate at U-Mass Memorial in 2001 and furthered their education at Vanguard Management Academy from 2012 to 2013.
