Philippe Leclerc is an experienced professional in urban mobility and transport planning, currently serving as Chef du service Bureau d'Etudes Déplacements at SQY - Communauté d'agglomération de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines since January 2009. Responsibilities include overseeing multimodal transport exchange hubs, the deployment of a cycling master plan, and managing various road and transport projects. Additionally, Philippe is involved in teaching at Université Paris-Saclay and previously engaged with Ponts Formation Conseil in training transport professionals. Prior roles include technical coordination for intercommunal projects, focusing on economic development and public infrastructure.
