Adam Brandt

Associate Professor Of Biology at Saint Norbert College

Adam L. Brandt serves as an Associate Professor of Biology and Associate Dean of Natural and Social Sciences at St. Norbert College since August 2016. Prior to this role, Adam L. Brandt was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Illinois Natural History Survey, focusing on the genetics of Chronic Wasting Disease transmission to enhance management practices for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources from January 2015 to July 2016. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Animal Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master's Degree in Applied Ecology and Conservation Biology, and a Bachelor's Degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science, both obtained from Frostburg State University. Additional experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant, Graduate Teaching Assistant, NRFU Crew Leader for the US Census Bureau, and Seasonal Field Technician for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources.
