Leslie Garner, AIA has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Leslie began their career at Hastings+Chivetta Architects in 2009, where they served as Sustainability Coordinator, earning the credentials of LEED AP BD+C, GGP, and GPCP. In December 2014, Leslie advanced to become the Director of the Columbia Office, a position they held until May 2018. During this time, they played a critical role in overseeing sustainability initiatives and promoting environmentally friendly practices. In May 2018, Leslie transitioned to the Saint Louis Zoo as the Sustainability Coordinator & Construction Project Manager. Their significant contributions led to their promotion as the Director of Architecture and Construction in June 2019, where they continue to make a lasting impact in their current role.
