Menushka van der Westhuizen is an experienced HR professional with a focus on compensation and benefits across various regions in Africa and France. Currently serving as the Head of HR & Reward for Africa Hubs at Saint-Gobain, Menushka has held significant roles including Group Compensation & International Mobility Manager in France and Compensation and Benefits Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior experience includes positions as Reward Manager and Principal Practitioner for Remuneration & Benefits at Business Connexion, as well as Compensation & Benefits Specialist for Southern and Central East Africa at Cadbury plc., and an HR Graduate Trainee. Menushka holds a BSocSci degree in HR & Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is pursuing a Global Remuneration Professional certification from World at Work.
