Bruno DUPONCEL has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at PLACO® since July 2020. Previously, Bruno held various positions at Saint-Gobain PAM France starting in July 1999, including Responsable RH adjoint, where responsibilities included personnel administration, payroll management, and oversight of HR operational topics related to production, logistics, and quality. Bruno also acted as Responsable RH, focusing on GPEC implementation, compliance with labor legislation, and internal and external communications. Additional roles included Responsable EHS, Adjoint au Responsable RH with specialization in recruitment and training, and Correspondant RH managing job reassignment processes, along with experience as a Contrôleur de gestion.
