Debbie Spence is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Saint Francis Health System since October 2021, Debbie previously held multiple roles at Methodist Health System from July 2011 to March 2022, including Manager of Employee Benefits and HR Business Partner. Debbie’s background includes administration of employee benefits, consulting with managers on HR issues, and providing support to enhance departmental performance. Earlier experience includes a decade at Keller Independent School District as a Benefits and Payroll Specialist and management positions at MJDesigns/Frame Express. Debbie holds a Master's degree in Human Services and a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University.
