Joyce Larson is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in institutional research and enrollment management. Currently serving as the Director of Institutional Research at Saint Anselm College since March 2021, Joyce focuses on fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and fulfilling regulatory reporting requirements. Prior to this role, Joyce held the position of Director of Enrollment Management and Onboarding at Lakes Region Community College from November 2017 to March 2021, where a comprehensive enrollment strategy was developed and implemented. Joyce's previous roles at Plymouth State University included Director of Enterprise Information Management and Director of Institutional Research, as well as serving as Registrar, where important academic policies and a paperless registration system were established. Joyce holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and Asian Studies from St. Olaf College and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Plymouth State University.
