Sandy started her career with Asda, where she worked herself up from Store Manager to Regional Operations Manager. In 2006 she joined Sainsbury's as Regional Operations Manager, and has held a variety of positions since, including Head of Simple Stores, Director of IT Change and Supply Chain Director.
