Qing Chang, Ph.D., is a Graduate Engineer at Sain Associates, Inc. since August 2022 and has been actively engaged as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching and Research Assistant at Auburn University since January 2016. Qing Chang serves as the Vice President of the Institute of Transportation Engineers at the Auburn University Student Chapter since August 2020. Qing Chang earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Transportation and Highway Engineering from Auburn University in August 2022, a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University in 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University in May 2017.
