Genna Souza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, operations, and international partnerships. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Specialist at Saildrone Inc since February 2023, previously held roles such as Supply Chain Coordinator. Genna co-founded and ran operations as COO at Palm & Perkins from August 2017 to February 2023. At GlobeIn, from February 2014 to July 2017, led artisan partnerships and product sourcing while advocating for ethical production practices and Fair Trade certification. Earlier roles include teaching English at CCAA and interning at ORS Interactive, Inc., where contributions were made to social development projects in Brazil. Genna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara and studied at Universidade Federal da Bahia.
