Gold Sandhu has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as an Investor at Chegg.com. In 2015, they became an Investment Director at SAIF Partners and also started their own company called Hackerhac, where they served as the CEO. In 2017, Gold Sandhu became the Chairperson at TeachingBharat. They later became the Managing Director of SANDHU CONSTRUCTION LIMITED in 2007. In 2019, Gold Sandhu moved on to become the Managing Director of Brainmeasures.com. Currently, they are also the Company Owner of write-Letter.com, a role they have held since 2020.

Gold Sandhu attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where they studied Computer Science. Gold later pursued a Master's degree in Business Management from Harvard Business School.
