The Finance team at SAICA is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial health and ensuring sound fiscal management. Comprising experienced non-executive directors and a Chief Financial Officer, the team plays a critical role in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to support the Institute's mission of driving positive change in the accounting profession and the broader business community in South Africa. They collaborate closely with leadership to influence policy and support initiatives that enhance the success and development of the economy.
