Robert Smith has over 15 years of experience in program management and operations within the military and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Primary Team Lead (STS3) and Program Analyst Principal at SAIC since April 2018, Robert assists the Program Manager in addressing business needs and talent acquisition for the Space and Missile System Center’s Remote Sensing Systems Directorate. Previously, Robert held various project management roles within the United States Army from 2009 to 2017, managing military projects, system requirements for GPS capabilities, and surveillance operations while fostering collaboration with Lockheed Martin and other military organizations. Robert's career began as an Army Action Officer, progressively taking on more responsibilities. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy candidate in Information Systems and Management from Walden University, a Master of Science in Education from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
