Justin Chelos is an accomplished engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in software and systems engineering. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at SAIC since July 2023, Justin co-founded Calinova Analytics in 2018, contributing to data analytics solutions. Previously, Justin was the Lead Engineer and Branch Head at the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, overseeing architecture, design, and cross-functional Agile teams while implementing Scaled Agile Framework and DevSecOps methodologies. Prior experience includes a decade at BAE Systems as a Principal Software Engineer, focusing on full stack development for the Department of Defense, as well as roles at San Diego State University and the City of San Diego as an Ocean Lifeguard. Justin holds an MBA in Finance from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from San Diego State University.
